Think posture when

  1. exercising (investing in a coach is better than investing in a therapist!)
  2. sitting at a desk
  3. sitting for more than 20 minutes in public transports, trains and planes
  4. sitting on the sofa
  5. sitting in cinemas and theatres
  6. standing for long periods
  7. walking
  8. lifting your child or heavy objects
