Getting stronger for the sake of it?

We need to remember why we are strengthening our body for and adapt the exercises accordingly. A exercise program rebalancing posture will be different from a exercise program improving athletic performance.

Also as  Lynne Robinson, founder of Body Control Pilates, rightly says “Trying to hold any pose is not done in Pilates. Pilates is about movement, not holding poses”

Think before you bully your body into doing an exercise it can’t do!
