Body Control Pilates® classes

Murielle Carrasco teaches the mat work from basic to advanced level. She is used to working with people of all abilities and background. The exercises are taught progressively in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Murielle is a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, trained for mat work (1998) and for Reformer (2001) and a Back4Good Practitioner.

Murielle has been practicing since 1994 and teaching since 1998 including 4 years at the White Hart Lane Therapy Centre. She is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and Register of Exercise Professionals (level 4/ highest level).

Note: the classes are not suitable for pregnant women but the Beginners classes are ideal for post-natal rehabilitation. For one-to-one ante-natal lessons, contact Murielle.
